re:st exists to give us a simple, human way to learn how to settle again.

We believe in one simple idea: your body and mind feel safer and calmer with small, steady reminders - not just the occasional big effort. That’s why we focus on Micropauses - tiny moments of rest you can easily fit into your day.

Micropauses are the core of re:st
A 10–60 second nervous system reset. Small enough that your body doesn’t resist it, and solid enough to change your baseline over time.
